Special thanks to Jade for helping me optimize the tree and gems to be more efficient. The tree is delicately balanced and HQ gems are a must!

This build was taken in part inspiration from KTMetis' fine base for the build, but mostly from 6 years of obsessive Necromancer general playstyle preferences in Diablo II.

The build features:
-50+ chaos resist easy
-High DR
-6 Aura's (Including Arctic Armor)
-9 Zombies
-10 Skeleton mages cast with two simple clicks
-Stone Golem
-Zealot's Oath, Mind Over Matter, Eldritch Battery
-Has easily cleared tier 10 maps
-Is Atziri ready (video will come soon / or along with full guide)

I've fallen in love with the reliability and speed of play that this build offers, so I may not finish the Blight build during league. (Sorry ; ;, but it is already lvl100 item, jewels, gems, & gear fitted with PoB and proven in standard. It just really makes use of a couple cool Harbinger Uniques for tanky play.)
