Why Ice Spear?

I've been wanting to play this skill for a while and with the addition of warlord's mark rings in 3.1, I figured, why the hell not. I have enclosed a youtube video below with some elder guardian fights and general map clearing. I also explain the character in detail in the video as well.

intimidated is checked to sub in that vinktar's 10% shock dmg boost. This is my GMP tooltip dps while fully buffed i think.  This is my slower proj tooltip dps while fully buffed. im probably missing a buff or something because the cast speed here is lower than in the GMP pic.

why power charge on crit enchant?
it helps you invest less in to crit nodes. also, extra spell dmg cuz of that passive node. huge QOL.
jewels?
I mostly got the old jewels just so I can stack a lot of crit multi and extra cast speed.
leveling?
1. You're gonna have to use freezing pulse or frost bolt until you get ice spear. Stick with LMP until you get GMP.
2. Use a cold penetration gem in your 6L setup until you get the "Inevitable Judgment" node. 3. Don't feel underwhelmed if your damage feels low, I recommend travelling across your passive tree early towards the shadow area cuz that cluster offers huge damage. Last bumped on Apr 5, 2018, 7:37:07 PM
