Arc Totem Discussion

Everyone kept saying Arc is super OP and all of this so I played it this league but it feels weaker then my Tendrils CWC arc build from 3.0 and "PogChampion" (BF Reave), Lead Sprinkler or basically all of my other builds.

I have killed all the guardians, I've killed Uber Atziri but the damage is so slow and Ill die occasionally because of it.

I don't have shimerons yet but apparently I don't need them to feel this "Op" damage. Phoenix takes a minute to kill maybe more and all previous builds, I just slide in and delete it.
