Looking for Double Corrupt +1+2 Duration Dialla's or Skin of the Loyal

I could not complete my league goal in Incursion so I am looking to buy this body armour.

I'm looking to purchase a +1 gems +2 duration gems Dialla's Malefaction or a +1 +2 4R 2B Skin of the Loyal. Not sure what price would be. It doesn't look like anyone has posted any since the end of Incursion.
