Character Based Gear Idea With Div. Card

I don't know what the correct place to post this is but this seemed to fit. This was just a thought I had boggling around my head for about a month or 2, so I decided to finally do something with it. i.e. 2 Wands in main and off with 3 linked sockets now count as 6 linked sockets(unequipping the amulet reverts them back to 2 separate wands with 3 linked sockets)

10-15% increased Minion Life

30-50% Energy Shield

25-45% Lightning Resistance

5-20% Cast Speed

-20--5% Player and Minion Movement Speed

-15--5% Minion Attack Speed

Arcane Torrent Amulet Effect(Electricity occasionally pulses out and swirls around the player, kinda like the bat swarm amulet effect.)
