Yet another Diablo 2 filter

If you are like me and can't stand going 24 hours without a dose of nostalgia, but have played through Diablo 2 so many times that your doctor recommends a strict non-horadric diet, I have the filter for you.
Based on our one true god Neversink's semi-strict filter, I have gone in and added sound-, and a couple music-cues to the item drops in poe.
