Unable to launch PoE

When I try to open the game the launcher appears for ~0.25s, then disappears. Task manager shows 2 instances of PoE running - 32 bit and x64, but the game never loads. I have tried waiting for 10+ minutes, I have tried ending 1 of the 2 processes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have tried running as admin, but nothing works.

This issue started right after a Windows update, and when I uninstalled the launcher appeared and stayed up the entire time while patching. Once the patch completed, I was unable to launch again. This makes me think it's a compatibility issue, but I'm hoping someone can help me out.

Update: After checking the Client logs, I see a common error message saying "Output for adapter Radeon RX 580 Series of \\.\DISPLAY2 has no display modes. Skipping."

Basically, if I disable my second monitor the game will launch without an issue. I am even able to reactivate my second monitor once the game launches, but I have not tried playing yet to see if it's stable. Does anyone have some insight as to why this may occur? I wasn't having any issues with my second monitor running 2 days ago, it just started yesterday.
