30 minutes still no code, cant log in due to your stupid security system hat there is no option to turn off and we are forced to use this rubbish and wait for an email that never arrives making my account useless

If you email support@grindinggear.com they can perma-disable the unlock code system for your account.

I don't know, if you emailed them and they removed the security measures for you it seems like it would do some good. Or just stay here shouting into the void on the forums, where they don't do anything regarding account issues.

Those kinds of problems only get resolved via email...
