The recent post by blackmamba2702 (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2776382) reminded me to post a picture of my own tattoo (albeit a much smaller, less epic one). I had it done last May by Micah Riot Tattoo in San Leandro, California. Hope people enjoy.
