3.10 Stormbrand Inquisitor - Need help with single target

Hello!

this is my first season playing storm brand, I've managed to clear through Sirus already, but the single target is a bit lack luster

I'm also using a shield as for ES/Block as it has really helped me get through the rippy content (pre-patch) and allows me to fully clear most during delirium

I'm looking for some suggestions on item swaps for single target damage, the elder guardians / uber elder take a bit too long to kill at times and just looking for some suggestions

With only about 300 cold damage per hit, you won't freeze or chill enemies, so definitely swap out hypothermia for something else.
