Raise Spectre Arena Master

Hello new player here!
So can someone give me some more info on the Drox-Arena master because I have searched far and wide and cant find any? I understand it is from Drox influenced maps, but is it a certain spawn or just a low chance? Is it a unique mob (orange letters) or just a normal one? " He bangs his shield three times and applies an attack and movement speed buff. He spawns with the rest of the Drox crew when they show up. There are two types of POE players:
1) Those who want to walk uphill both ways barefoot on broken glass wearing a blindfold 2) F*cking noobs I identify as transnational Chinese. May I have access to their QOL features, please? |

Arena master is a very cool support specter, but he needs to chill out...he keeps banging his shield even in hideout. BAM-BAM-BAM every several seconds drives me mad. GGG, plz, give the guy some chill pills, no need to be so nervous in the hideout.

40% attack speed buff and Arena Master is a normal mob.
