Power Siphon - In need of some help!

Hey exiles!
I've been playing on-off for a good long while however I've never made a Templar before. I keep hitting walls, spent ages on Path of Building just to figure where to go. I went for Inquisitor and went CI. Although that could be my downfall, was looking into perhaps rebuilding however I've sank all my currency into fixing and trying to understand this build. Is there anyone out there able to give their two cents on working out what could be best for my build? Hi, first u need re check passive skill three, you're spending points on nothing... so you need to upgrade your wand..

" Yeh i see where you were going, compared really losing out on that extra Power Charge and it seems okay to do so. Heartseeker seems pretty good to annoit. | |
