Sudden performance Issue.

Hello, my game started having huge performance issues out of nowhere within a day. Last I played was yesterday morning and considering the fact that I was playing a VD/DD build, I had some fps drops every now and again, but it was never to a point where I felt that it was unplayable.
However, today when I started playing I started experiencing a sudden drop in performance that rendered the build completely impossible to play.
Frame Time was at average 11,000, fps would fluctuate like mad and reach around 10 when I used my skills. Any big mob clusters would make my game stutter and freeze.
Not sure what changed within the span of a day or so and have tried almost every solution I can find online including reinstalling through standalone client instead of using steam.
Help.

GPU: RTX 2060
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core processor
RAM: 16GB

I have noticed that the ram usage is close to 3gb. I'm not sure if that's normal or not since I've never felt the need to check until today.
