Not enough t1 seed?

Is that me or even with the recent patch buff to the t1 seed drop there almost no enough t1 seed to use t2-t3. actually sitting on 50+ t2 seed of the 3 color. What i do wrong? im on t11+ map actually is there something like last league where quantity and sacrifice fragment increase the drop of seed or?

if you have so many t2 seeds, why try to get t1 seeds? just put t3/t2 seeds around t3 seeds. put t1 seeds on the edges so you have 24 seeds grow
