Interesting and "good" spelltotem char

Hallo together,

i played for ages totem character. Flametotem, FP-Totem, Arc-Totem and such things. Now i am interesset in coming back to test totems again.
Now, there are new gems, changes in the mechanik, meta and so on.
So i would like to ask you, what are nice totems?
I don´t want a "i oneshot shaper with my 200 ex Build".

I would like to play a totem where i can kill monster in maps, can go into delve, kill endgamebosses in a normal time and don´t need 20ex to get a decent "firepower" to enjoy the game. My gametime is limited and i would like to log in, do some maps or go into delve and progress.

What would you recomend for me?

- 40c Equipment(Plus some DPS in the Passive Tree) on day 12 of league(3.10) lets you do low tier red maps
- Build doesn't use any 6 Link items. 5 Link is an optional upgrade that probably don't apply to you base on your description.
