Bug Reports - macOS: installation - Forum - Path of Exile

There is a reason why on macOS our apps are folders that get displayed differently. Its just less messier. How about at least a wrapper folder with an alias and the actual game inside? I had a similar request: now the game installs Content.ggpk to ~/Library/Application Support/Path of Exile, however I had the intention of playing this from an external SSD, saving space on the internal, and having all the content there. We're going to fix this over the next week, but there's a small manual workaround you can do in the meantime to avoid the "Invalid Installation" error.
