Command+Q is not working

You disabled that intentional. Not good.

macOS software is used by many people with various disability.
Some learned over a long time how to operate the system or fight with disabilities that prevents them from using complicated keyboard commands.
Not even mentioning that you don't even know if the device serving as keyboard is supporting the key stroke combination you selected.

My suggestion:
Just switch for macOS the default hotkey for cmd q to a different modifier.
