Can't assign certain keys to binds

I haven't been able to assign Shift, Caps Lock, Command, or Option to any binds. The keypress is not being detected at all.

I can confirm this is also happening for me.
The keypresses are not detected in the options menu, however Shift is being picked up in game, as the "attack in place" command works in game. |
