Flashing Black(s) box

Randomly I get flashing black box(s) https://imgur.com/a/5t2iyz6 that can vary in severity (when fighting in the 10 boss maven fight & the Heart Of The Grove fight half of my screen was blocked out at times)

I only get this twice a day at most (4 hours of playing)

its very hard to capture since its random i can't pause the boos fight to open OBS and becuase its for a split second but its constent throughout the map (It gets bad at 30 secs in https://youtu.be/VT-hVHbQqDU)
