Celestial Divine Ire Sound oddity in reverb mode

I'm calling this an oddity because i am unsure whether or not this is intended.
Having Celestial Divine Ire equipped, upon reaching 10 stacks when charging, a shrill sound plays and reverbs heavily. No such sound is heard when turning reverb mode off.

This is true I turn off reverb and it made that stupid sound go away. I know the audio cue is nice, but man is it irritating when playing for long sessions.
