[3.14] CoC Arc Ball Lightning Build | Inquisitor | Ultimatum | Path of Exile 3.14

Hey guys, here is another cast on crit build. Cyclone triggers ball lightning and mjölner triggers arc. It's easy to get crit chances with inquisitor. Righteous Providence gives 1% increased Critical Strike Chance per point of Strength or Intelligence, whichever is lower. I had 485 int and 484 str.

- Medium Budget: 10-50 ex

Critical Strike Chance: Aim for %100 crit chance.
How do we get crit chance?
- Shaper's Touch has crit implicit
- Precision
- Inspiration Charges
- 484 Strenght = 484% Inc crit chance
- Flasks
- Cluster Jewels
- Skill Tree

Cooldown recovery: We don't need any cdr for this build. I didn't pass the 6.06 aps.

Accuracy: We need %100 hit chance.
Shaper's Touch and max lvl precision is enough to get %100 hit chance.

Leveling: I leveled up with arc/bl spellslinger and used that setup until level 70. Leveling tree is in the pob link.

You can use this setup at level 24. Before that start with freezing pulse and switch to storm brand or arc.
Arc (12) - Added Lightning Damage (8) - Spellslinger (24)
Wave of Conviction (16) - Physical to Lightning (16) - Spellslinger (24)
Flame Dash (10) - Arcane Surge (1)
Frenzy (16) (Use 1 lvl)
At level 28:
Ball lightning (28) - Elemental Focus (18) - Added Lightning Damage (8) - Spellslinger (24) - Inspiration (31) - Controlled Destruction (18)
Arc (12) - Added Lightning Damage (8) - Spellslinger (24) - Inspiration (31)
Wave of Conviction (16) - Physical to Lightning (16)
Flame Dash (10) - Arcane Surge (1) - Second Wind (31)
Frenzy (16) (Use 1 lvl) - Hextouch (38) - Conductivity (24)

!! Add Inspiration and Controlled Destruction when you have enough mana !!
