Missing client.txt

So im trying to find client.txt to run a WinMTR for Sao Paulo server since is garbage right now and i cant find Grinding Gear Games folder on Program files (x86) or on My documents/My games/Path of exile or anywhere. Im using Steam version on a SSD (Different from the C Disk)

<Steam-folder>\steamapps\common\Path of Exile\logs

alternative way to get there instead of browsing to it manually -> right click Path of Exile in your Steam Library -> Manage -> Browse local files to get into the install folder

For stand-alone client also missing from normal location "../My Games/Path of Exile" any idea where that Client.txt can be located please?
