game crashing when entering "Coves" map

Every time I enter portal into map the game gets stuck on loading screen and then crashes.
Just deleted all my portals trying to clear cache and hoping to reenter successfully. https://imgur.com/a/Bwuw9nN link to bug report reference number. Last bumped on Aug 16, 2021, 9:08:13 PM

Either do a pack check if on standalone client or verify files if on steam. See if that helps.
