Hard Crash to desktop guaranteed

Im running a discharge build with farrul's fur and badge of the brotherhood. I unequipped my badge of the brotherhood in order to annoint it while i was in my hideout and i had the buffs running. instant crash to desktop. and guess what? my badge of brotherhood is now deleted :D

+1 can confirm is a crash, seems to happen 100% of the time (although not instantly, usually have to wait for a second or two). Badge is on your cursor on login. My Badge is anointed with Overcharge.
