Profane Bloom not affecting hexproof enemies

My Friend is Playing a cursebot with the Profane Bloom notable and in this Hexproof map the monsters neither show the vulnerable to elemental damage even though he applies over 100% negative resistances to the enemies and very noticeable the temporal chains also not affecting the enemies, i am scion, tried removing blasphemy and tried turning auras on and off.

  found more monsters in the same map some affected some not, hovered over them hope this helps more |
