Herald of thunder not proccing Elemental Overload, with crit.

I've noticed that my HoT does not procc EO, it's either a visual bug or it's just not wroking

Resocketing the gem, makes the icon reappear, but it'll randomly disappear every other map. Constantly having to weapon swap mid-map to make sure the icon does appear, don't know if it's actually working or not (when it does bug out)

I've made sure to add

Self-fulfilling prophecy, (to give HoT base crit) with a decent amount of crit chance, I could go 10 maps in a row without any EO proccs, resocket/weapon swap my HoT and It would instantly appear on my bar.
