Guild funds transfer

Hello,
I tried to send some of my premium currency to my guild, however the first time it was overnight and the money didn't make it. I cancelled the transaction then made another and it to has yet to be received by the guild. I asked, and other member's donations have been received and there doesn't seem to be a need for the guild master to manually accept it. Any idea why this is happening?
I possess the funds for the required transfer, I transferred it in the correct way, and I know its not an issue with the guild since other members managed to donate.

actually, after years of not buying guild specific stuff i also had problems getting the transfer done cause i didn't remember the approval procedure.

it would be nice if the whole procedure would be explained in the ingame options at one point.

yes, it took a few tries, but he saw them in the end
