Crash on startup

I played PoE last night perfectly fine, I went to start it not even 24 hours later and it crashes seconds after startup on both steam and the client, no errors or anything, I've installed new drivers, scoured old forums for a solution and nothing works.

Same. Brand new desktop and every game and everything else I use works just fine. POE2, won't even get past black screen and crashes right back to desktop. Ridiculous.
