Activation cancelled. Kirac mission with Breachstones

Used one of the operative consumables to add breaches to kirac's missions. Cannot open the breaches: "Activation cancelled." when I attempt to run the map from my hideout.

Yep, came here to find if anyone posted, trying to start either Esh charged or Xoph charged breachstones and it shows activation cancelled. Tried both from the map device and Kirac himself.
