Missing Sound after connection Hiccup

I plugged in my ethernet wire and had a 5 seconds hiccup (gameplay freeze) where my inputs were applied afterward (lockstep) as it should, however the cast sound of crackling lance and hydrosphere never came back.

Leaving the instance and coming back fixed the missing sound
