Guilds

Are the leaders the only one who can do things in the guild or can officers do to, like rename tabs, move tabs, promote/demote, etc ?

Guild Officers can rename, rearrange and recolour Guild tabs as well as invite and remove players into a Guild. A Guild Leader can do those things plus change permissions on stash tabs and promote/demote members.
