When this flask is activated it only lasts for a split second instead of its 5 second duration. This is the legacy version with +4 to maximum resistances.

It's a Hybrid Flask, which gives you life and mana when used.
When both your life and mana are both full, the flask effect ends. | |

I understand that but even when my mana was down I couldn't get it to last more than a split second. I did start playing with my mana and it was spiking to max without me realizing it, so yes it's working properly. I'll have to play it in very specific way to take advantage of it's iiq/iir properties.
