Failed to connect to instance

Regardless of gateway or chosen character, I receive a "failed to connect to instance" when I click "Play"

if it takes your client more than 20 seconds to load the new area and it's assets from the local resource file, the server kicks you for inactivity.

in this case, install the game on a ssd and/or get a faster cpu.

second option is, the server failed to create the area (instance) with the assets you wanted.

that's why the game always loads static content when you enter it the first time, which is towns.

if you click play, you're trying to load a town, so i guess your pc is just too slow.
