RF Inquisitor league starter?

hi all, i've been searching for this mysterious "RF Inquis" as a league starter build but i seem to be coming up empty.

looking for a league starter for 3.18. been a melee player for almost all my POE time and wanna try something a little different this time round.

if someone can point me in the right direct for a non-chieftain RF league starter i'll appreciate it alot.
