Can't access profile: "Profile Not Found"

When I try to access my profile at https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account, I get a "Profile Not Found" error, despite being logged in. Also, Path of Building fails to import characters with a HTTP 500 error, on both my own account and every other one I've tried (in the PC realm).
