Game crashes when i enter the map (resolved)

Hi,
When i enter the belly of the beast map game crushes. It happened to me with other map. I have repored in game by using /bug. Is there any way to stop crushing when i enter the map ?

windows 11
windowded mode
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor

Please stop using the command /bug wrongly. This command is ONLY to be used when you are in an active instance with a problem. Since your instances crash, when you then use the /bug command after you are spamming GGG DEV team with a clean instance !!!

To try and solve your issue, do this.:

1. Close PoE
2. Run packcheck.exe as "an administrator".
3. Delete the PoE client cache files here -->
C:\Users\"your windows account name"\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile\
4. Now start the PoE client again as "an administrator".

I use steam to enter the game.I checked pathcheck.exe inside game main file. I cant find it. :(

In Steam you use the steam function "Verify game files".

You still need to do step 3.

1, game crashing upon entering maps, repeatable for 2 days now (no changes before or after crashes on my end)
2, follow silly "fixes" and right after clearing the roaming, now game crashes upon launch.
also, running as admin, it now force closes my discord and steam when crashing.
problem clearly not fixed

angry frustrated and feeling lazy

Ребят такая проблема, вставляю карту в машину, грузится экран и выкидывает с сервера! Как исправить это можно?

That does not work, and i get stuck the same way.

Мне помог данный способ, были вылеты игра на локации Фаридунская литейная, сейчас все работает, спасибо!
