Twitch Drops not transferring to Account

Hi there, sgar465! If you are experiencing issues after you have claimed your drop in your Inventory page on the Twitch.tv website, could you please first go to your Twitch Rewards page here:

If you are still not able to see the microtransaction in-game, can you please try disconnecting your Path of Exile account from your Twitch account and then try linking it again? You can do so here:

​You may need to disconnect your Path of Exile account from Twitch in your account settings on the Twitch.tv website first.
