Iron commander dmg issue 3.20

Hi all,
I have a question regarding my Iron commander build, my gear is pretty neat, only 5l but that's only like 50k dmg difference. My problem is that I deal only like 1/3 of the dmg other players deal with nearly same gear. I really have no idea what to do, do I miss smt?
Please someone be kind a take a few minutes to help me out.
Just a reminder I checked with adding a 6th gem, awakened gems, with 20 quality but I don't come at even 1/2 of other players dmg.

Hi, I'm not a very good player myself but I played this build back in its glory in 3.18. in that regard, that these advices with BIG grain of salt.

The first glance I see can be upgraded in your build would be the gem itself.
Try to get Anomalous one for 2 projectile at 20% quality. once you get that, for single target you can change Hypotermia for Barrage and it is around 20% more damage. And personally Hypotermia is better changed to Elemental damage with attack support if still with 5 link.

For some reason, your bonechill is supporting precision. I think it should be supporting your skitterbots for it to take effect.

also your dexterity number is kinda odd sitting at 1540. try to get 60 more and you get yourself another totem. Or change your glove with cold conversion glove and some resistances/life and you still get the same number of totem anyway. Cold conversion will add more damage too, so it will balanced out the dex loss.

Then maybe get access to onslaught. silver flask would be better than another life flask, since you get tons of recovery from your ascendancy anyway.

lastly you can not do damage if you die. so fix your resistances. it is not capped yet.

after that it is basically expensive parts.

On the gloves I changed res to phys to cold conversion.
Bonechill is linkes as I only lvl it, I need an enlighten to be able to use the 3 gems that reserve mana. now I'm at 330k dmg but still way less than other players with nearly hte same gear, I really don't get it.

I do thank you a lot for the time you took to answer me, I will grind in the hope to be able to get better gear, like 2 rings with % inc dex etc...
