Highlight items bug with advanced item description

Problem:

Item does not get highlighted when holding alt ("Show Advanced Item Description") and getting result which should match regex

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use regex like "3[1-9] to Str"
2. Hold alt for advanced item description
3. Use Screaming Essence of Rage (for example) which give 33-37 to Strength

Expected behavior:

Item gets highlighted

Actual behavior:

Item does not get highlighted



It fixes itself after:
1. Closing and opening stash window
2. Moving item to cursor and back

It doesn't fix itself:
1. After changing regex a little and changing it back



In fact i can now use regex to search advanced item description
For example i can search by item mod names
