[3.20] Dodson's RF Build (Help needed)

Hi fellow exiles.

I am a long-time casual player of Path of exile. Above is the path of building link to my RF character.

Over the years I have put a fair bit of effort into him and he is quite tanky, however he severely lacks damage.

I have never had many amazing characters in this game but I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction to bolster the damage of my toon up a bit with some tweaks to my current setup so that I can properly run content.

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I did some basics, got exposure on my gloves, and also anointment on my amulet.

Would love some more tips and tricks to further boost my terrible damage.

From gearing and some of the skills, did you convert to this character from another build?

I didn't really get to finish it. But it was able to do a good bit of content.

Did you try making your own variation of Phoenix's build? Usually those builds need crazy currency.

You might be best starting the build from scratch and respeccing into one of pohx's builds.

Great, thanks I will take a look, I have put a bit of working in since then and damage numbers have gone up but I definitely am looking to min max where I can.

No point in 4 x Ruby Flasks.

They don't get stacked.

Are there particular flasks you recommend for RF?

On my Templar:

1 Ruby
1 Granite
1 Amethyst - When Chaos Resistance needs some help.
1 Sulphur for life regen and damage.
1 Quicksilver

Juggernaut I don't have a Sulphur, but alternate between a Quartz (Phasing) and Oriath's End.


Usually have the typical, armour, movement speed, life regen, reduced effect of curses. I guess attack speed is a good alternate swap.

But if you run yours off ES, it will be slightly different. ES Regen a mod? When fueled by ES, does armour matter?
