Can I buy the upgrade starter pack in the game itself? Since I only have money on Steam

Unfortunately, the in-game Steam shop may not show upgrades involving eligible plain Point Packs. However, we would be happy to look into performing a manual upgrade for you in this case. I have gotten the 60€ pack, and id like to buy another 100 worth of cosmetics but i would gain better value for my money if i should have gotten the right package at start. Is there a way to upgrade package of the game?
