Loading screen stuck forever [SOLVED??]

Ever since the crucible 3.21 patch I've been having infinite loading screens. These infinite loading screens prevent me from completing the ascendancy trial because I have to restart every time it happens (it happens very often).

Things I've tried:
-Verified integrity of game files
-Reinstalled steam version of the game
-Installed the PoE version of the game
-Cleared cache
-Lowered settings (audio included)
-Updated video card drivers
-Tried vulkan, dx11, dx12 renderers
-Tried running it while being in a guild, tried without being in a guild (since forums seemed to blame guilds for this)
-Monitored internet connection(is steady the whole time)
-Monitored CPU temperature(doesn't ever go above 70 celcius)
-Tried it on a different computer (it works there)
-Tried running it with all background applications off (things like internet browsers, discord etc.)

PC specs:
OS: Windows 11 Home 64-bit
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
RAM: 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR4
MB: B450 AORUS ELITE
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti
Storage: 2 TB SSD


Whenever I look at the PoE "Client.txt" logs after exiting out I see:

It never gets past this point whenever it loads infinitely. When it does load it continues with a "DEBUG Client" message saying "Joined guild named ... with ... members".

I have no clue how to fix this and hopefully I have provided enough information for someone to know how to fix this. The game has become unplayable please help.

Edit: Forgot to mention the character is visible in the instance I'm trying to load for other players. And on two occasions(out of hundreds) the character was able to move while all I could see was a loading screen.

Solution: For the past 2 days I have not had my loading screens get stuck anymore. The only thing that has changed is me swapping from the London server (which should be my best option) to the Amsterdam server in the main menu. If this fixes it for you as well please put it in the comments.

Same issue, just started today. Performance was fine all league and I cant even get past the loading menu currently.

No hardware changes on my end

For me this problem started since the last update. Never had any problems before with harbor, and I did not change anything on my PC.

My friend had a really long loading screen. We found a solution that might work for you too. If I'm bringing up an old topic, my bad.

Issue was fixed for me by using a VPN.

I have same issue. I can only fix by using a VPN. This is so annoyying
