Problem playing PoE on an AWS VPN.

"I have a VPN on a VPS hosted on Amazon AWS South America which I use for gaming, but Path of Exile is the only game I can't play through it. I can enter the game and go as far as the character selection screen, but when I try to enter the game, it freezes on the loading screen and returns to the login screen with a timeout error.

I can play games like WoW, D3, Last Epoch, and others without any problems through this VPN. I've tested setting up a VPS on Azure, and PoE works there, so it's clear that it's a problem related to AWS South America. Could you please check if there's any kind of IP blocking related to them or something similar that might be preventing it from working?"

Plz when the support worked via email this kind of problem have been solved fast, but now not even a reply we get :(

For how long have they had the email support service disabled? Is there any forecast for its return? Why are they asking me to go to the forum if they can't solve the problem through the forum?

Oh I missed you are talking about TECH support. GGG doesn't offer TECH "for the moment" (been like this for several years now), so that's why you are asked to post here because they want the "community" to solve it for them.

So you will not be getting TECH support from GGG regarding this.
What's even sadder is that when GGG was just a small company, their technical support was amazing, but as soon as they were acquired, they didn't even provide technical support.
I'm not sure if they did something, but for a few months, I was able to play again using my VPN. However, today, the same problem came back. I tried both the VPN on AWS and the VPN on Google Cloud, and in both cases, the issue is exactly the same. I don't understand why this problem keeps coming and going, and it only happens in PoE (Path of Exile).
you can't even visit website when using Norton VPN (probably provided by Amazon as well)
