Certain zones ground textures not loading
I haven't run into this problem at all before but now I keep having this issue pop up periodically. It is either random squares on the ground or occasionally, most notably when I join the sacred grove, the entire ground is just... not loaded.

I don't see any kind of problem like this in any other game I play, just PoE. Pack checking says everything is fine. Porting back to down and back seems to fix it but it's frustrating to keep running into it regardless. I have the same problem.
Textures for ground, enemies, portals, etc. seem to not load. Tried changing renderers, updating drivers, reinstalling, erasing shader cache, all to no avail. I hope there's a clear way to fix this. |

Same problem here, small chunks of the map dont load and it progressively scales to the whole map being being a blue void. This also affects skills, structures and enemies. Most maps Im running around throwing an invisible wave of conviction.
Im running dx12, tried deleting shader cache but it didnt help. Neither cpu or gpu are bottlenecking. GPU usage goes down to 10-15~% when textures start missing, seen it go as low as 5%. If anyone has a fix please post. |

Maybe it is just that I'm running smaller maps, which seem to have smaller chance of the textures not loading, but the situation somewhat improved after I did these things:
1. run in compatible mode(Win7), admin mode 2. lowering resolution to 1440 from 2160 3. turned VSync on(I'm using Directx11 BTW, as x12 crashes instantly) Before: every map I see invisible chunks of ground, invisible enemies, when using portals near affected area, it's also invisible. After: I may have seen one or two invisible ground texture in 2 hours, but nothing game breaking. I'll be sure to post again if these prove to be just coincidence, but monsters disappearing, invisible portals, etc. have been reduced, I think. I would recommend deleting the content of your shader caches.
C:\Users\"user name"\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile You may have three folders here but you only need to delete the content of the shader you use be it dx11 or 12 or vulkan For me this fixed missing ground in delve. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

Okay I messed around with some settings, it might be pure copium but turning off dynamic culling seemed to fix this for me.
Used to get this every other map or so, and now I haven't seen it in hours. Hope it works for the you as well! |

I have the same problem since yesterday ! I don't know what happened... I delete my cache, change to vulkan, directx12 but the problem occur
I have a GPU 4080, 32go memory and my game run on an SSD. I don't get what happen. If someone have the same problem as me, what build are you playing ? Maybe the problem is with mtx interaction or skill ? |
