Minions - Rank 1 enchant cannot be unlocked

The Minions - Rank 1 enchant cannot be unlocked on my workbench.

After killing Piety for the first time, the podium that the crafting recipe is on says that I've already unlocked that recipe, yet when I go check my crafting bench, its still listed in the "Undiscovered" enchant recipes list.
