Wish there was a way to link PC account to xbox

I have lots of money invested in micro transactions but switched to Xbox recently and nothing from my main account transfers to Xbox. It won't even let me sign in using my main accounts email and password :( really makes me keep playing d4 when I really just Wana play Poe.
