I just invited my friend to play POE with me he is a busy person.
I ask him if he just want to build or start new league with me this Affliction Or we just level his character then I buy him some stuffs to build what kind of looks like fun build he sees around YouTube. its fine my friend whenever quit league way before me all the time always give me his items if you were streamer tho thats a different story

I gave my mate a 900 divine bow and it was fine, there is no rule against gifting people, if your friend runs an illegal rmt business or something you may see issues.

Also if he is a sub on twitch it could be seen as rmt also
