Will Combat Focus be removed?

So in reading the patch notes. It says

"

Alternate quality gems, labyrinth helmet enchantments and unique threshold jewels are all systems that were trying to subtly modify the behaviour of skills. With this expansion these have been combined into a new system called Transfigured Gems that allows us to fully achieve the goal of these three systems, and then some.

Also in the same patch notes. It says alternate quality gems will be removed from the game along with labyrinth enchants.

As some skills are getting their remain threshold jewels baked into new gems (IE Spark of Nova and EK of Nova), the question is.

Will combat focus be removed along other threshold jewels or will it remain to allow prismatic gems to be altered still? (IE New Skele Mages has prismatic tag)
