Frenzy of Onslaught not working correctly with Badge of the Brotherhood AND/OR Ralakesh's Impatience

Hi,
my character has 9 power charges and I use badge of the brotherhood to set my max frenzy charges to 9. When i use Frenzy of Onslaught, the frenzy charges are removed when i hit 4 frenzy charges instead of the expected 9. It removes them at 4 instead of 3 because i have the node Masterful Form from slayer. This lets me assume that frenzy of onslaught only checks the maximum frenzy charges from natural sources and not conversion mechanics like badge of the brotherhood. This seems like a bug. Now when I put Ralakesh's Impatience into the mix, the frenzy charges are no longer removed at all. Should be a bug aswell because normally you can still consume your generated charges. I'm having a similar issue but with Ralakesh's Impatience and Frenzy of Onslaught. My frenzy charges never go above 1 despite having a max of 4. It seems Frenzy of Onslaught thinks 1 is my max, so I never have more than 1 second of onslaught from the gem.

Was this fixed though? For the nature of the interaction it doesn't look like intended.
