(Ps5) crashing upon loading high garden

8 times in a row now I have hard crashed to the dashboard trying to enter the high gardens in act 8. I have tried creating new instances and still cannot load into the area. Playing on a pathfinder. Psn is DisylusTV. This is 100 percent reproducible for me but other players say they were able to it
